After dealing with problems with my current vehicle, I was stressed and unsure about the process, but the team at Deacon Jones truly turned everything around for me. A very special thank you to my incredible saleswoman, Shae Butler, who went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. Shae was patient, understanding, professional, and determined to help me get into the perfect vehicle no matter what it took. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and never stopped working to make sure I left happy. Her customer service was truly top-tier! Wow! If you need customer service, this is the place and Anthony McAuly is the guy! We bought a truck at another dealership that was sold to us with little to no oil in the transfer case and so, of course, we broke down. We broke down 30 minutes from home in Clinton and were towed to Deacon Jones Dodge and the shop where Anthony is the service manager. He checked our truck, look at records, took pictures, made calls and stayed in constant contact with us. He took the time and initiative to help us do a lot of legwork to get this problem resolved through Mopar, Ram and the responsible dealership. Thankfully, our truck is being fixed and I think it's safe to say that had it not been for Anthony's impeccable character and his expertise we would very likely be stuck with a huge bill. We are incredibly grateful to him and his willingness to help. Mr. McAuly you should do a master class on customer service!!

I had lost my car & didn't know what to do. I gave them a call & by nxt day they found me a vehicle that suited my needs. It was fast & simple with Ms. Shae & Mr. James. They worked with me & got me riding again in no time. I must admit this has been the most easiest process with the help of them. I would HIGHLY recommend coming here to purchase your next vehicle! Holly Edwards assisted us in buying our new jeep. She was wonderful. She was very informative. She made the time to answer all of our questions, and she explained everything about the features on the jeep. We love this vehicle and whenever we are looking for another vehicle we will be looking for Holly. She was the best.

We purchased a brand new jeep in October after ordering one in August (order came in wrong but that’s another story). Apparently that one month that we were waiting made the value of our trade go down but again not the issue here. We asked them to transfer our tags and waited a few weeks for this to be done and to receive our paperwork. A month later, the tags had still not been transferred and we knew the payment was due by the end of the year to renew them. We went back and forth with our sales guy Erick several times and were assured things were being taken care of (we followed up with the DMV each time only to be told they had received nothing from the deacon jones). We asked Erick to speak with someone at the corporate office to try to get this resolved and was told he could not give us the number. The DMV told us exactly what needed to be done to get this fixed and we told Erick what they told us but deacon jones did not follow the DMV instructions. We called and asked to speak with the general manager and got sent to a voicemail box. We left a voicemail and never received a call back. Keep in mind we’ve been driving a new car for over 2 months with tags registered to our old one all the while thinking everything has been handled. After 5+ calls to the dmv and the dealership, still nothing was fixed. Instead of transferring the plate like they were supposed to they waited until 12/31 and decided to issue a new plate. The DMV says they still do not have the bill of sale showing that we traded in our old vehicle. Now that it is January, the plate is expired and the DMV said the plate can no longer be transferred. We are praying we don’t get pulled by the police as the plate that is on the vehicle is not registered to it and who knows when we will receive the new one because there has been no communication from deacon jones about this. Buying a new car is supposed to be a fun and exciting experience but deacon jones has made it anything but that. Do not buy a vehicle here if you are expecting to be valued as a customer and receive a smooth, worry free experience.
