Wow. Nice accommodating people with sorry techs. Working on fuses to fix power outlet triggered ABS failure w/ Jeep in safe mode driving 20-25 mph. Told them facts and 1-2 hrs later told $1700+ needed for refurbished ABS module. Had to rent vehicle at $375/wk and pay $192 for "diagnostic" fee. Week later nothing done so took Jeep back to wait for $750 part. Figured out how reattach ABS wiring harness left by tech and using Internet found I had moved fifth fuse to 4th slot. This was ABS 10 amp fuse. ABS system fixed saving $1700+. Scarier thing, if they had finished work, still wouldn't work w/o fuse. How do they define "diagnostic"? Play Christian music over property - Jesus glad he doesn't drive a Jeep.

In a time where dealers manipulate online advertising with pricing gimmicks, and tack on thousands of dollars in useless 'upgrades', my experience with Deacon Jones CJDR was one of the best in 3+ decades of car buying. They were communicative, transparent, honest, and expedient. No games, no BS, no 'what do we have to do to get you in this car today' nonsense, and the entire transaction was completed online. Even the dreaded Finance call was painless. On top of that, they even delivered my vehicle to my home at 8:51PM the same day as purchased, clean, shiny, full of fuel, and even the correct air pressure in the tires. I dealt mostly with Bryan & Dylan. Highly recommended!

Can’t recommend enough. I have to give Jonathan Gill and Brian a huge thank you. I went through a terrible experience with Carvana. Problem after problem came up with a basically new 2025 Ram. The service department as well as the sales department took time to listen to the issues I was having and helped me get out of a nightmare. I got a better truck with a better deal. I don’t usually leave reviews. But they truly did go above and beyond to help me out of my situation. Would definitely recommend using them if you’re thinking of getting a new car but worried what you hear about when it comes to dealerships. They saved me thousands.
