I work around 2 hours away from this dealership. I saw on Facebook Marketplace that Andrew was listing a GOLF GTI online within a great price. I traded in a Titan and a Jet ski with no hassle, and he gracefully helped and made the process smooth with no issues. Loved my time at Deacon Jones Nissan! I live an hr and a half away. But once Danielle reached out via phone bout the palisade i was interested in, I was pretty sure I needed to talk to them and give them a shot. Then Billie was beyond accommodating and facetimed me to show me the car in more detail. Then I knew I had to make a trip over there to check out the palisade. Billie catered to me for HOURS to make sure I was completely comfortable with the deal. The knowledge he had of the palisade and the fact he kept me smiling and laughing, through whats usually a very stressful time, really did me in. The loyalty manager was super helpful and a sweetheart through the entire process of getting me all set up to make the trip home in my new ride too. There is no way I could ever thank them enough for such an amazing few hours!!

Well, well, well. I must admit, this was a pleasant experience. The General Manager, David was awesome! My salesperson, Billie, was very attentive to my vehicle needs. He asked the correct questions, not only that, he alleviated any concerns that I was having prior to purchasing my Rogue. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with.
