Jessica and Chuck went above and beyond today to help me get my vehicle out of the yard and I was able to sell it today all of this while they were closed for Christmas...this kind of customer service is unmatched and unheard of in this day and age...DAA Chattanooga is the Best!!

BEWARE Dealers... 10 years in business and we buy 90% of our inventory online from multiple auction house without issue!! We purchased a truck buy it now for asking price on a Saturday, when we called for our gate pass Monday we were informed that the person who handled that was out of town and the truck had sold in lane. We spoke to Mr. Kerr in dealer sales, he said sorry about that... I will get with the office manager and get you a check sent out for $500 which is standard practice with most auction houses when they sale a vehicle that you already purchased 2 weeks later No calls or No check, which alone is terrible Customer Service... so we reached out to Mr. Kerr again and then the following day received a email saying they would not honor the $500 auction house mistake! We never wanted the $500, we wanted the truck we purchased from them in the first place!! Just note that DAA Chattanooga and the management staff does not Value your business as a DEALER!! We expect better DAA!!! You better believe if your business owed them they would get it or suspend your account until the matter was taken care of!! Management needs to stand behind there employees faults. Car business is tough enough without having to worry about your auction houses doing what is right for you... so choose other DAA locations or Auctions house! There are Plenty of others that value our Business!!
