When I originally came to DealerShift I assumed it was a typical dealership, only to find a completely new experience! Booking an appointment through Austin to see the car, the test-car experience, and receiving detailed information of the vehicle was all very professionally done. When asked how they made their price point, Austin provided a detailed explanation using comparable listings to show it was priced very well. It was refreshing not to have to go back and forth with a car salesman and wait for the manager in the back that you don’t get to see and talk to agree or disagree to offers. Austin and his team were great! One of the best experiences we have had in purchasing a vehicle.

Even though they were busy, the team was happy to accommodate us (though yes, make an appointment). The service was outstanding — no pressure, no gimmicks, just genuine people who clearly care about what they do. We were encouraged to take our time looking at the car and even test drove it on our own — no salesperson hovering in the back seat. Every car is displayed indoors, spotless and dry, so you can actually see the condition of what you’re buying (a big plus in rainy Vancouver). The entire buying process was smooth, transparent, and unbelievably efficient. No hidden fees, no upselling, and no wasted time. When we committed to the purchase the next day, everything — including insurance — was handled seamlessly. We truly felt like the whole team was focused on making sure we were happy with our purchase. Himmat was fantastic — calm, genuine, and easy to talk to — and his whole team was top notch. It’s clear they’ve built DealerShift around honesty, trust, and a better way of doing business. We’ll absolutely be back for our next vehicle and have already told everyone we know about this gem of a dealership. Their cars move fast, so don’t wait too long to check them out. Another great experience here this week with Hamish, Austin and Himmat. We bought 2 cars and both were made super easy, fast and seamless by this team! This now makes 5 cars we have bought from Dealershift in the last few years. The cars in the showroom are super clean, all information about them is presented up front, pricing is fair and they are transparent about everything. I love my new car and my family member is happy with his new Jeep too! Definitely recommend Dealershift to anyone looking for a vehicle.
