My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle and decided to stop in and see what Dean Arbour Chevy had available. Dennis Shufelt introduced himself and we started looking at a couple of vehicles they had available. Once we narrowed down what vehicle we were interested in Dennis sat in the vehicle with us and demonstrated and explained the options on this particular vehicle and we then took it for a test drive. He was extremely patient with all my questions. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle Dennis was extremely organized getting all the paperwork rolling and communicating what we needed to provide. The purchase process was very smooth. I would recommend stopping in to see Dennis if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. He is personable, not pushy , and is a pleasure to do business with! We also needed some work done and a couple of recalls on our 2021 Chevy Truck. Josh in service was extremely helpful communicating exactly what needed to be repaired. He called to follow-up with us on the progress of the work being completed by the mechanic and the turn time if would take to complete the work. He reviewed the costs in detail. The service work was completed earlier then anticipated. We have been very pleased with the service Dean Arbour Chevy provided both in the purchase department and service department!

Great Service. We're new to the area and have a GMC Terrain. They did the required oil change and tire rotation. Fair price too. Also took care of a Squeaky brake pedal under warranty. Was done in a very timely manner.

I recently purchased a used Chevy Trax from a different place and unfortunately it only came with one key so chose this dealer to get another one made. Everyone was polite and accommodating. The best part was that they reset some lights (tire pressure etc) without me asking and they didn't even comment on it or charge me for it. It was a nice surprise when starting the car; especially in a world where you get nickel and dimed for everything! Highly recommend for service!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Top-notch service! While driving up north, our radio touch screen suddenly stopped working. We pulled into Dean arbour Chevrolet, and they took us right in without hesitation. They quickly fixed the screen lock issue and even went the extra mile by checking our tire pressure and making sure everything else was good to go. I've been having issues with my transmission skipping and got a transmission flush done. Since then vehicle is driving great. Very professional and friendly employees across the board. Wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else
