Dearth Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Purchased my 2022 Jeep Gladiator at this dealer, which had all of the options I wanted in the model. The sales department was very friendly and helpful in the purchase process. I've owned the vehicle since March and am very pleased with the off-roading capability and handiness of having a Jeep with a truck bed. Thank you!

I recently bought a used truck from Dearth. Everyone there is polite and doesn't make you feel pressured to buy. I actually left after my test drive and drove 1 1/2 hours home. I can't say I got a great deal as the value for my trade in was virtually nothing. I quickly made a deal to sell my car privately for double their offer instead. And there was no coming down on the price for their truck. But they did put a new set of tires on it since the tires that were on it were pretty worn. I eventually bought the truck 3 days later. I just had to go back to replace a glitchy rear back up camera and some wires that had become disconnected. They fixed the issues at no cost to me...just my time and gas. Overall the experience at Dearth was very good. I would look to buy here again if I'm ever in the market again. This Ram Laramie truck is Nice! More than what I was actually looking for. Glad I made the deal.

So happy I went here. My salesman was Brian. He was fantastic. No pressure, very relaxed. The whole process was stress-free and I really appreciated that. I had been to several other dealerships over the last couple weeks, and none of them even came close to the level of customer service I experienced at Dearth. They also have probably the best warranty option I've ever heard of. I bought 48mo with unlimited miles for my purchase. I drive 25k+/year. You can't put a price on peace of mind, in my opinion.

I would warn anyone looking to buy a used vehicle here. I bought a used truck and within the first 150 miles started experiencing issues. The issues in my opinion could have been caught by a trained mechanic. When discussing the issues Dearth was not willing to cover the entire cost of the repairs or take the truck back. I would recommend having private mechanic review purchase prior to finalizing.

Saw a listing for a Kia telluride that we had been looking for, but it didn't have any pictures listed. The dealer had just gotten it onto the lot so they hadn't had time to take them yet. When I reached out Craig, our salesman, was easy going and without question offered to send us some photos before we made the trip to see it. Upon our arrival we had a very easy and laid back experience, which we were really glad for. Craig was not pushy, but was knowledgeable. He was kind and listened to our wants/needs. We drove over an hour to get this car and had a wonderful experience.
