We were VERY surprised to see and read the review "not to trust your children" with DCSS, we have used them several times over the past 3 years, along with sending many people their way with NO issues whatsoever. They have always been flexible, courteous and timely. We would not hesitate to send our children with Vincent or his staff, totally trustworthy!

Vincent is very reliable, professional and friendly person. We rely on him every time our daughter needs transportation between the school and the airport.

We used this shuttle service to take my parents from Shelburne to Boston Logan and were really happy with the entire experience. Booking was easy and our driver was very professional. We’ll definitely be using again— it made the trip to the airport so easy!

I am not one for writing reviews, but I was entirely disappointed with the response I was given when I inquired about a shuttle service for my wedding next year. Their response was "Thank you for your inquiry- this is too far into the future to quote a price or know what our commitments will be at that point in time." Way to completely dismiss an interested customer. There seemed to be zero interest in my business. It seems standard that most businesses are at least able to provide a rough estimate of costs, but I didn't receive any bit of information. If there weren't any commitments for the date I requested, then one would assume the service is available, right? Maybe there was a reason they weren't able to accommodate, but I'll never know since the response was so short.
