I just want to express my gratitude to Nick Simpson sales manager and his team at Defouw Nissan. He had went above and beyond in our Purchase of 2026 Nissan Pathfinder Sl. He did not have the exact options that we wanted but he was able to locate one in a timely matter. His team made the purchase and delivery much more relaxed and not high pressure like the other guys out there.

Straight up deal with no hassles. Everything was presented up front and clear, free of messy debris. No surprises, no curve balls, no magic tricks. Awesome experience at DeFOUW Nissan! They helped me through the entire process of finding the car I love, holding it, and ensuring the financing portion was flawless. Excellent sales team. Dherrus and Casey rock.

It may be a great place to purchase your vehicle but their service department is deplorable and seedy. They do not effectively communicate among other things. They will screw you around produce a quote get your approval and then add to it at the end of the day. They tried to take me for $6,000 on a used vehicle I never would have put that kind of money into. They pay people to add positive reviews so it shoves the real ones to the bottom. Oldest google trick in the book so I'm sure most won't even get to see this review. If I can save 1 person the trouble it's worth it. Now my car is in pieces and they want 2,000 to put it back together again. The dealership managers basically said tough luck. Nice game you are running but I will be verbal on whatever platform I can be about this and your business. Bad service.
