I was looking for a quality used car and spent a few months poking around to see what was available that met my needs. There wasn’t a lot near me, unfortunately. And even though this dealership is almost 6 hours from where I live, my husband and I made the effort to go to the region to test drive a few cars we had seen online. Jake at DeGroote kept in contact with me, confirmed details and made sure the vehicle was ready for us to test drive. 30 minutes later we had pretty much made a decision. Because we were at the beginning of a new month, the bank financing terms had just changed, but Kelly graciously liaised with them to ensure we got the lower rate from the previous month, as we had expected and discussed. We booked a hotel room for an extra night and drove our new (to us!) car home the following day. Thank you Jake and Kelly and everyone who made that quick turnaround happen; I’m sure the team worked hard! It’s only a week post-purchase, but we’re loving the car and we’re glad we took the time to go further afield for what we needed!

Went in for an oil change for our truck. I was there early and was met by Rob who informed me that there was a small recall that would also be addressed at this appointment. The staff was all courteous and punctual. The service was performed in a timely manner.

Although there were a couple of glitches During the process of ordering and receiving my Custom 2025 High Country, The Team at Degroote Hill Were Top Tier for their professionalism and keeping me informed along every step of the process. I highly recommend this dealership, They are just as much focused on customer satisfaction as they are about making a deal.

When my husband and I decided to purchase a car, we had first gone “ window shopping “ on a Sunday, knowing all dealerships were closed. The following weekend we had narrowed it down to 2 dealerships. We got a late start at test driving the cars we had wanted to try. From the time we first stepped on to the lot of this dealership, we were greeted by a salesman. He saw us getting out of our van and said hello, talked to us while he was waiting for us, and held the door open for us to go in. Even though he was with other customers at the time, he still took the time to get us out for a test drive. From that moment on every employee that we talked to, and dealt with directly, or just in passing, were great to deal with! Great job to everyone that works in this building! We came out with an awesome car, at a great price and even a few add ons to sweeten the deal! We have only had the new car for less than a week but I’m sure I will be seeing the people at dealership again for any maintenance issues that may arise in the future! I will definitely be referring them to other people, in fact I already have! lol Take care everyone!

My mother took her 2018 Equinox there because of a engine code they said she needed a new intercooler which was $1,200. She had just purchased it from them 2 months earlier, so she trusted they would treat her right. She didn't not pay for the extended warranty. They charged her $150 to just tell her that incorrect information. LUCKY she did not get it fixed there, and got a second opinion. The mechanic who across the road from Deer Creek dam charged her $130 to put a hose back on it. She is 82 and doesn't need this B.S.
