Very good experience! I went into the dealership not really planning to purchase a car that day, as I was just shopping. However, after speaking to salesman, Sean C. I was impressed with both his knowledge and his no pressure approach. I felt that He was truly wanting to make sure that I was making a purchase because I wanted to make the purchase, not because he wanted to make a sale. He was able to answer all of my questions and really helped me make a good decision for me. The entire staff over there is very very helpful, very knowledgeable and very friendly. I have purchased several new cars in my life, and this is the very first time that I didn’t get that feeling that when I go back should I have a question or need something, that I would be ignored and the salesman would act as if he never knew me. So that was a very secure nice feeling. Also, I had a cardiac event at the same time I was supposed to pick up my new car, and an ambulance had to be called to take me to the ER. When I did go back to pick up my car, the genuine concern and compassion for me was extremely obvious and made me feel very good about my decision to buy a car from these people. Then today, I had a question about this new vehicle, And Sean didn’t hesitate to spend all the time I needed to help me figure it out. And then he reminded me that I can get a free car wash there anytime and wanted to know if I wanted to wash my car, which I did. And he actually went through the car wash with me to explain exactly how that worked, because it is a little bit different from the car wash that I normally go to. I will not hesitate to go back there for all of my needs pertaining to my car, and should I buy another one in the future.

Never had a problem till now! Went in for routine oil change. They took my filters out, which I told them not to replace(which no where should do without asking first!!) The next day I have a loud noise coming from my fan. Sent email, they called they refused to let me talk to anyone other than service, kept stating how they warned me they were bad & to replace now the cost was doubled to check. Well got a 2nd opinion & found this by the cabin filter! Chevy is going down hill lost alot of trust in them

This review is a little bit late as I bought my first new car back in October, but I had been skeptical of reviewing something before I really got a good feel for it. With that being said, I had an amazing experience with Chuck. I walked in a little early for an appointment to see the car I was interested in, he got me in quick and gave me the reigns to drive it, answered the million questions I had, and really let me get as much of a feel for it as I needed. His personality was super chill, not pushy, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable about the business. There were a few bumps (not the companies fault whatsoever) that made the process take a bit longer, but he made sure we were comfortable while waiting. When he officially gave me the keys, he sat in there with me to show me all the cool new features my car had which was the icing on the cake! I’d recommend Chuck to anyone looking to buy a car! I haven’t dealt with the service department just yet, but I’m hoping service stays just as great (:
