Had an amazing experience at Del Toyota! We worked with John Norris, who was incredibly friendly and made the entire process seamless. He really took the time to work through the numbers with us and made sure we walked away with the exact truck that fit our needs (towing and overlanding). Their pricing was by far the best in the area, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Highly recommend asking for John if you're in the market!

Purchased a 2026 Crown Signia XLE from them in April 2026. I was out of state so communication was important and they were very communicative with me every step of the the way from financing to shipping and delivery, although I used a 3rd party delivery service. They even sent me pictures and videos. It was hard to find this car at the price I wanted but they offered me an amazing deal with no unnecessary markups and add ons. I bought the 2025 xle and this one was cheaper! Would definitely recommend them or return for future purchases.

Me and my husband purchased a Hybrid RAV4 at this dealership back in November 2024. We were happy with purchasing process. However after about 4-5 month of purchasing the driver side air condition vent knob just fell off from nowhere. We contacted Del Toyota numerous times to have them fix under warranty but they never contacted us. The service people said they ordered the parts one day and get back to us but they never did. We even visited few times to ask them but same answer every time. So, we ended up going to Sloan Toyota and they were able to order and fix this issue right away. The 2nd problem, in about July or August 2025 the Center Console Silver Frame next to the shift gear melted due to hot weather (car scent was hanging). We went to Del to show them if this was cover under warranty. The service manager called Warranty Manager to looked at it and the Warranty manager told us he will contact the factory and cover under warranty. We waited few weeks, few months we called them few times and the service manager keep saying they are waiting to hear from the manufacturer. As of today February 28, 2026 no one called from Del Toyota explaining whatsoever. :-(
