# Summary The dealership receives mixed reviews, with some customers praising individual staff members like Oscar and Sebastian for their professionalism, patience, and quality service. However, multiple customers report serious concerns including alleged dishonesty in service departments, failure to honor purchase agreements, pressure to commit fraud, and poor management responsiveness when addressing complaints.
The sales rep Oscar was extremely patient, taking the time to clearly explain exactly what the monthly payments would be for leasing versus purchasing. We really appreciated how thorough and clear they were throughout the process. They also fast-tracked everything for us, knowing we needed to get home quickly because of our puppies. We’re so grateful for their understanding and support."
am writing to report a very concerning and unprofessional experience regarding a vehicle I purchased on January 15, 2026. At the time of purchase, the vehicle was provided with a defective key. I signed paperwork stating that the dealership would replace the key, and I was informed that the replacement would arrive within two weeks. To allow sufficient time, I waited approximately one month before returning to the dealership. On March 5, 2026, I went back expecting the replacement key to be ready. However, I was informed that the used car manager never placed the order for the key. Instead of resolving the issue, the manager instructed the salesperson, Larry, to have me sit down and told me to take my vehicle to Demontrond GMC and falsely report that I had lost my second key so that I could use a warranty to obtain a replacement. I was also told to lie and say that I originally had two keys, which is not true. I only received one defective key when I purchased the vehicle. I find this request extremely unprofessional and unethical. I should not be asked to lie or commit warranty fraud because the dealership failed to fulfill the agreement made at the time of purchase. I am requesting that the dealership honor the original agreement and provide the replacement key that was promised when the vehicle was sold to me. This situation has been very disappointing, and I hope it can be resolved promptly and professionally.
Service Dept! Rate 0-10 not because of the wait time but the dishonesty. When you choose to go to a dealership your first thought is that they’re going to be honest and get the job done. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen, and when they feel that you’re going to go get a 2nd opinion they take off certain information on the service receipt. I called 5 times throughout the day and it was like the guys were watching the caller ID and not answer the phone for me, I spoke with a manager to look at my profile to see if I can get him to explain if part of the issue could be fixed and The Manager could not find the so called Axel issue that was found by the techs for $1,100. He said he would leave my number with Sebastian and I never received a call. So after they didn’t answer the phone for me I went to another auto place and my car just needed a Tune up! I Do not recommend trying them at all. Don’t waste your time and money . Let me not forget to mention that a Megan James from sales just so happen to text right after the call with the manager to see about trading in my car. Like whattt! Do not go there! It’s already hard times and hard to find help in the big city don’t trust them!
Love this dealership. My first car I'm currently driving is from here. Everyone here is very respectful and chill. The mechanic service is really good. Sebastian and the other guy sorry I forgot his name. I think he was French. They were very friendly and professional.
They are all a bunch of liars except Jordan. He didn't even sell me the lemon, but was the only one to take the time to listen to us and help in every way that he could. Heidi (the sales lady) couldn't even look us in the eyes when we returned, and sales manager sat in his office like a coward. He didn't even have the decency to get up from his chair and ask if he could help us. It was in bold print what they were responsible for, yet they refused to fix even the smallest of things that I pre-paid for! Things on vehicle were hidden with duct tape and rigged to not be visible. Do not buy from these people!! The photos aren't even the half of it. All of this was taped so that it was functional before sale!
