We recently purchased a vehicle from Denali Auto Group and had the best experience! We live in Kodiak and basically had to make all the decisions and arrangements up front. Kanuri was extremely professional and helpful over the phone. He was open and transparent about any issues the car had. Once we decided to make the trip, he was more than accommodating. Due to time constraints and ferry schedules, we had a very limited window in Anchorage. Kanuri came in, on very short notice, on his day off, and picked my husband up from the airport in the vehicle we were interested in. He did the test drive, completed an inspection, filled out all the paperwork, and made the purchase within a few hours. Kanuri was extremely knowledgeable about the entire transaction, which was essential since the DMV and banks were closed over the weekend. My husband had keys in hand and was on his way in no time! Kanuri has even been more than helpful answering a few questions we've had since purchasing the car. Still with the same great customer service and helpful attitude, even after the transaction has been completed! We love our new truck! Thank you Kanuri!!

Kanari was best experience i have had . Hadn't bought used in a long time , and all problems were addressed and communicated . He even personally drove the car to girdwood after a few free maintenance concerns were addressed . He's honest and although they are new , be patient you will be satisfied ! Showed up interested in a car and was very surprised to get approved and out the door with in 1 1/2 hrs extremely great service and picked my self up a Mini Cooper clubman at a great price, defiantly a returning customer if in need of another car/truck ! If in need of a ride always ask for Kanuri!
