Truck went in for an oil change and an error code to be looked at. Went to pick it up a few days later. Oil change wasn’t done, tried to tell me I needed brakes when I changed them myself 2 days prior, and fixed the error code but tried to say it was $500 and not covered by warranty but didn’t once ask me if I wanted it done. Talked to the manager, didn’t seem to care at all. They waived the $500 charge but just be careful with them being sneaky with charges for work that isn’t done or doesn’t need to be done.

Who knew buying a truck could be so painless? Mr. Shaun Lovell kept me entertained and informed throughout the whole process. Their communication skills are on point - no jargon or confusion ! I was impressed by Mr. Shaun's attention and super patience to detail and ability to tailor their recommendations to my specific needs until making sure the keys are on my hand ! - 5/5 stars

Very disappointed with this garage. I asked for a relay switch to be replaced - 6 months later they still have not ordered the parts - and they will not return calls. I will never go back there again. They are very condescending when they talk to their customers. I went to a different garage in town, and they ordered my parts - and everything was installed and fixed within a week. Meanwhile, I am sitting here waiting for a refund from GM for an issue that happened 6 months ago. Do not go there. Save your money. Overpriced and will not do what you ask. They also told me that I was having condensation in my car because the carpets were soaking wet - went to get my car detailed and explained the issue to them and was told my carpets were dry. They tell lies.

We bought a truck in December and its been a headache since. I would HIGHLY recommend not going there for business as its a waste of time. Service is awful. We went in to get our financial done and they didn't add in the right warranty that we wanted and over month later before we got the papers in the mail even though we went back to make sure. Nothing is laid out on the purchase paper stating what is what and for you to know. Only thing we had no issue with was the sale person but once they got our money it been a headache since. Bought a brand new 2025 and been fighting with them the pass month with issues and no one is helpful. BUY ELSE WHERE AND NOT DEAL WITH DENNIS GM!!!!!

Great dealership. Some of the complaints might be frustrating, but it's the same at all the brands in the area. Newfoundland is an island. Even a one day Amazon delivery in Edmonton takes two weeks in Newfoundland. 🤷🏼 Fyi, everyone's carpets are wet in Newfoundland. It's the same reason you can make snowmen in Newfoundland and not Alberta.
