# Summary The dealership operates as a small showroom with limited Fiat inventory and mixed experiences with customer service, with some praising individual salespeople while others report significant issues with finance department practices, scheduling, and professionalism. Concerns have been raised regarding extended wait times, aggressive upselling tactics, unexpected loan charges, and unprofessional behavior by staff members.
This is a very small show place for the Fiat cars for Boise. The sales people from the GMC dealership service the Fiat side of the business. I only saw two of the super small Fiats here.
If you're looking for a Fiat this is literally the only place to go. Selection is limited but the service is amazing! Ask for Joshua. His wife and several friends drive a Fiat. He barely fits in one but he knows them very well and his handsomeness is worth the visit.
The only reason I’m giving this dealership one star is because our salesman was absolutely great! However, the finance department was a joke. My husband went in to look at a used truck on Tuesday and was there for 5.5 hours. He chose the truck he wanted. However, I was to co-sign and needed to come in the next day. My husband let them know that I could come in but that I work all night and we would have both our children (2.5 year old and 7 month old) with us so it would need to be quick. They assured us it would take an hour max. Well, we were there for THREE AND A HALF HOURS with the finance guy continuing to pressure us to purchase warranties. He became red in the face with every refusal and was extremely rude. After finally agreeing to a small warranty so we could get out of there, he didn’t send us the paperwork until 3 days later and there was over $3700 added onto our loan that we were unaware of. We will never go back.
If I could, I would give Them 0 stars. My wife scheduled a test drive a couple days before going in and looking at the car. Once arriving she found the nearest worker and told them that she had a scheduled test drive and the worker told her she’s going to have to wait. So she went on and waited for an hour and a half and no one came to talk to her and she said that the place was not busy at all maybe a couple of people in there. So on that note don’t waste your time on scheduling test drives, that will be the last time we tried doing business with them.
This morning while coming down Linder Ave in Meridian this white dodge RAM cut in front of me causing me to slam on my brakes. I shook my head in disgust. When I passed by the driver was making a crying motion with his hands and face then flipped me off. The driver was a blade guy with a big mustache and a white long sleeve dress shirt. The reason I am leaving this review here is because the truck had Dennis Dillion Dodge mud flaps and a DLR plates starting with 125- This guy probably is a sales manager or something like that. You need to watch yourself when your driving a company car with company plates. What's funny is were actually in the market for a new vehicle and we won't be shopping any Dennis Dillon dealership now because of this.
