Traded in my car for a SUV. Lasted 1 year and 8 months before it was off the road. The SUV is wrote off. Can not be fixed. The bottom rusted to the point it's falling apart. The brake line rusted. I'm stuck paying for the next few years on junk sitting out in my yard. I do not recommend anyone going to Stephenville dealership. If you do definitely get your own inspection done before buying from them.

Wasn't sure if they could get my truck fixed today. Asked if I could leave it for the day. It was ready before lunch. Thanks again for the great service.

Service advisors are clueless and their technicians are incompetent. They installed my head gasket backwards and destroyed my truck's engine. Beware.

After seeing the work done on my mothers car I would never bring my car or anything here for any work these are the types of mechanics you hear about on tv lying about work hiding things people cant see , they give honest mechanic's a bad name and I am surprised their duck tape zip tie methods hasn't gotten anyone hurt yet . How do you call yourself a mechanic and use zip-ties and silicone to repair something . What an absolute disgrace , someone takes their car in for repairs and you rip them off and still charge them full price . I know that if that is the quality of work you offer maybe you should stick to hot- wheels or some other type of toys because doing real work is defiantly not suited for you or your business .

Worst customer service I ever experienced! Our 2018 GM vehicle broke down and they offered zero assistance when we arrived at the dealership with the roadside assistance tow truck driver. We're from out of town and were now stranded and they offered zero advice or suggestion when we asked what we should do from here. They told us they could do nothing. The reply I got when I asked if we were now stuck in Stephenville until Tuesday (it was 4:15 on Friday with a long weekend ahead at the time) was yes. Thankfully the tow truck driver pointed us to a car rental place 2 doors down. Staff had no compassion for our situation whatsoever. Shameful!
