I purchased a vehicle from them back in February 2020. I'm currently active duty out of state, so I purchased the car from them without seeing it or test driving in person. They gave me a video walk around where i could see the general condition and made sure everything worked. When I asked if there were any blemishes I might not be able to see on the video, I was told the car was in near perfect condition. The dealership worked with me and shipped the car to me. On arrival, there were a few normal wear and tear items I wasn't too concerned about, but they didn't show me that the seat control bezel was hanging off which is an expensive piece to replace. When I asked, they said they didn't know about it, which I doubt. When I further pressed the issue, the salesman stopped replying to my messages. The paint on the car also had major clearcoat damage they did not disclose as well. The state has a no cool down law so there was nothing I could do about returning the car. It also had a major failure within a week that cost over $1000 to repair. It may be an honest dealership in person, but I definitely do not recommend purchasing from out of state.
