This was my first experience with DeNooyer Jaguar in Kalamazoo and their service department; I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome and the experience. Jeff VanOrsdol, their Jaguar service manager, has the most approachable personality. Radiating a positive, can-do spirit that rests on a foundation of years of experience, he had me sold on their service even before I trailered our car down to him. With an 18-yr old X400, it needed a donor electronic control unit totally reprogrammed to my car, as well as its key FOB’s synced to its new brain. No other high-end European service center near where we live had such a capability. Jeff and his techs did…and did everything flawlessly. The car I thought would never run again — that I thought would have to be parted out — was made totally well. We live over 200-miles away from this Jaguar dealership, but with a right-hand S-Type from England, and an XJ6 Sovereign from Canada to keep this X400 company in the garage, we’ll definitely be frequenting DeNooyer Jaguar for their expert service when needed…if for no other reason than to be inspired by Jeff’s depth of technical expertise and affable, winsome personality.🐆
Excellent service. Thoughtful and thorough customer care given. Best dealer service experience live even had! Jeff and Dale are both amazing, friendly, thoughtful and helpful - by far made my visits to the service center the best I've ever had anywhere! I'm confident that my needs are addressed and their "above and beyond" thoroughness is top-notch!
Blane was amazing, went in looking at an Epace hated it and left with a 23 Fpace. He took his time with us and never got pushy. Bob was great at explaining the ins and outs of the car.
Very happy with the courtesy and professionalism of Will and everyone I dealt with. I have an hour drive to the dealership so they were willing to communicate and negotiate via phone and email. Car was gassed and detailed when I arrived and the paperwork took ten minutes. Earned repeat business.
