I just got my Jeep Wrangler Willys at this dealership. Such a smooth and stressfree experience here. I honestly didn’t expect car buying to feel this easy. Everyone was super helpful and never pushy, which made a huge difference for me. They gave me a great deal with good rebates and no unnecessary add-ons or surprise charges, which I really appreciated. They told me the price of the vehicle, no add-ons, I went to my credit union got the loan approved and came back. Drove the car off the lot same day, my Sales person Ricardo told me he was going to make it as easy as possible for me and he kept his word. Highly recommend this dealership. Recall Service Led to More Problems and Refused Follow-Up Service. I brought my 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4XE in for a no-start condition and active recall work. The dealership completed the recall software update and determined the 12V battery had failed. I was surprised to be told the battery replacement would be my responsibility, as the vehicle is not even two years old and the no-start occurred alongside known electrical recall issues. After pickup, the infotainment screen was completely inoperable. There was no issue with it when I brought it in. And I was quoted an additional charge to replace it. I initially declined. Realizing that I could no longer control radio, GPS, climate, etc. I felt trapped. I later accepted a reduced repair quote for the infotainment issue, but after leaving an honest negative review about my experience, the dealership informed me in writing that they would no longer service my vehicle moving forward. Retaliating against customers for honest public feedback is deeply unethical and made an already frustrating situation much worse. I appreciate the recall work being completed, but I am still dealing with ongoing expensive concerns tied to the vehicle and the service experience.

I visited expecting fair pricing and professional customer service, but instead received significantly overpriced quotes compared to several other dealerships I contacted afterward. Other dealers were able to offer much better pricing and were far more transparent about fees and options. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was just as frustrating. Communication felt dismissive, and my questions about pricing and available alternatives were not handled professionally. As a customer, I expect honesty, respect, and a willingness to work toward a fair deal — none of which I experienced here. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend shopping around and comparing offers before committing, as there are clearly other dealerships that provide better value and a more respectful customer experience.
