# Summary Service department communication and timeliness issues dominate negative feedback, with customers reporting difficulty reaching staff, extended wait times, and poor parts availability management, though sales interactions and some service experiences receive praise for professionalism and attentiveness. The dealership appears inconsistent in execution, with satisfaction heavily dependent on which staff member handles the transaction and whether complications arise during service.

Very disappointing! First off, trying to reach someone in service is an effort in futility. Many messages left without a return call. Made an appointment a few months ago to have the car checked for some minor issues. Got there, issues were diagnosed and parts were ordered (not stock). So far, so good. Returned when we received the call that the parts were in. Got there & they had the car for two days. Turns out the parts received were not the right ones. Ok, crap happens, no biggie... When they called the last time to say the parts were in, we asked that they make sure that not only the parts were all in and the correct version, but also to confirm our appointment. My wife dropped the car off on Wednesday, asked the advisor to let her know if the car was NOT ready on Thursday. No call, so she returned on Thursday to pick it up. Stood for 10 minutes at the counter while the two tech advisors (not busy with any other clients) completely ignored her. 10 minutes. No acknowledgement that she was even alive. The wife, who's Italian, visibly & understandably pissed because she was being ignored while being the only one standing in front of the tech advisors counter, was finally told that they never worked on the car. Evidently, the tech came in late on Wednesday, never had a chance to touch the car. No work on it on Thursday either, Princess came in late again. No phone call to let the wife know not to bother driving all the way to West Island from Chambly. To add insult to injury, the manager was arrogant and anything but sympathetic or helpful. The only plus side to this all is that the clients sitting in the waiting area were treated to a spectacle of seeing the manager and tech advisor get reamed. The manager because he has no talent whatsoever for handling clients, and the tech advisor who was supposed to let us know not to come pick up the car. Both of them as helpful as a fruitfly. I've never left a negative review for a dealership. And I've experienced a few that deserved it. Working with the public can be challenging at times, no doubt. But having the manager display the attitude that he did to my wife was/is unacceptable. Unfortunately, Alfa Romeo dealers are few and far between here in Montreal. I'm sure we've shot ourselves in the foot by leaving this review, but it had to be mentioned. This is NOT the way to treat clients. We will be looking for a reputable Alfa dealer somewhere in our area, though we're not too optimistic.

I booked my appointment three weeks in advance for 7:00 a.m. for an oil change, brake inspection, and car wash. When I arrived, I was told the service would take up to 3 hours. Thirty minutes later, I received a call saying they didn’t have the oil filter in stock. I honestly don’t understand the point of booking weeks in advance if basic parts availability isn’t checked beforehand. About an hour later, they called again to say they had found the filter, so I decided to continue with the service. After waiting 4 hours, I checked in and was told the car had been taken for the wash. Then, after a total of 5.5 hours, they finally told me the car was ready. When I walked to the vehicle, it hadn’t even been washed. What was supposed to be a 3-hour appointment turned into a 5.5-hour wait with poor communication throughout and no respect for the customer’s time. I usually service two vehicles here, but after this experience, I will not be returning.

We recently purchased a car from Shico at Des Sources Alfa Romeo, and the entire experience was outstanding. Shico made the whole process incredibly smooth from start to finish, with no issues at all. He was professional, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled perfectly. When we picked up the car, one of the key fobs wasn’t working. Shico immediately addressed the situation and provided a credit toward the car’s price since the replacement key fob takes about 3–4 weeks to be programmed and shipped. This level of transparency and customer care was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Shico and the entire team at Des Sources Alfa Romeo to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. They’re extremely helpful, detail oriented, and genuinely committed to delivering a great customer experience. Thank you, Shico, and thank you to all the staff at Des Sources Alfa Romeo!

My review reflects my experience with the service centre. Poor communication, difficult to reach, upselling expensive, unnecessary maintenance. Always takes significantly longer than they claim with no proactive updates. Repeated issues with my 12v battery on my brand new car - unable to find the root of the problem after having my car towed 3 times in 2 years as it would not start.

Call for a scheduled maintenance, got a appointment within a week (it was the school break week) , I waited for the car, they provided me with a place to work (I can work remotely) I don't know why people complain about waiting for one or two hours for an oil change, it's fairly normal for any dealership, mechanics can run into issues with maintenance done on other vehicules before yours and etc. If you don't want to wait, just leave your car. In my case work was done in a reasonable amount of time, everyone there was really courtous, walked out with a smile
