Terrible service department with likely poor treatment of anglophones. I planned to service my car here long-term, starting with a tire rotation, and wanted to apply my 5-year extended warranty/prepaid maintenance. Instead of assisting, they told me to "contact Cadillac" because it didn’t show in their system. This led to many calls with different parties to retrieve my contract numbers. When I finally provided the info, Claud refused to check the system and hung up on me. After the tire rotation, they failed to configure the TPMS on the new wheels and asked me to return to fix it. I refused to waste another hour+ on something so routine that should have been handled the first time. While the parts team was helpful, Claud seemed to be gatekeeping and blocking any resolution. When I asked to speak with a manager, he returned saying the manager "doesn’t speak English." This made me feel dismissed and discriminated against for being anglophone (surely someone could have assisted). The apathy and disregard here was astonishing. Losing a fully prepaid customer over such poor service speaks volumes. Even if resolved, I won’t return on principle.

Very disappointed after attempting to contact this dealer 4 times. Used their website to both text and email my interest in a vehicle on their lot. After no response 1 week later, I called and was redirected to their used car salesperson. Left a detailed message with my name and phone number and after another week has passed, no response. I was ready to put a deposit on a vehicle over the phone but they couldn’t bother to return any messages… guess business must be real good if you can ignore potential customers.

Hi the service is so good it is unbelievable ! The trade in price is as the best i could find and the new price was better than the other dealers ! I actually had all my questions properly answered. The employee that show me my vehicle and all it’s hidden functions was a highly experienced gm brand ambassador! I could tell by the way he pointed everything all out he was passionate about the brand! I went for service and everybody was very friendly and the service costs seemed better than at the last dealer i went to. Unfortunately i had a minor accident and was so concerned about my new car not getting fixed correctly! Deschamps had it repaired at there state of the art affiliate repair facility . This collision repair centre is not an old body shop full of dust rust and dirt, you can eat off the floor ! The repair was done perfectly and the lent me an almost new car ! It only took a fee days i would recommend you buy from them i have bought many new cars and i have not had that level of service from any other dealer ! Thank you for the great service!
