I had some issues with my 2025 Jeep Wrangler so I dropped it at the service department and I dealt with Cassidy heart. Typically, dealing with any service department, there’s always issues and problems, but this time Cassidy really took great care of me. She was absolutely amazing. She kept me informed throughout the whole process and was extremely friendly and professional. I normally don’t do reviews, but I felt the need to because of the professional and courteous service that Cassidy provided. Five stars all the way. If you find yourself at the service department, I’d recommend dealing with Cassidy heart. Amazing experience in an unfortunate situation.
