Went to deliver papers for a friend who was picking up his truck, and then I saw this beautiful veichule in the show room 🤦‍♀️😂 I had my two children 5 & 7 with me and of course they wanted to know everything about the vehicle and get in and check out the TV's. Mathieu was very patient with the million questions of tiny humans asking if the can watch bluey on the tv's and whatever their young minds could think of 🤣 He showed us some of the fancy features, that I already forgot most of.... If you're going there ask for Mathieu, even if you're not looking for a new SUV 🤦‍♀️Nice attitude, knew the trucks features and was great to deal with 😁😁👍👍👍

We had a great experience. I met Cédric on a Monday where he showed me the car, several option and walked me through the process of leasing and buying. He did all of it without ever be pushy on trying to hide anything. Tuesday, I brought my wife to see the car. Unfortunately the car I had chosen had been sold. Cédric, presented me another option (actually better), and proceeded to explain to my wife the conditions and the features of the car. Friday (today), we went to pick up our new car. The whole process was simple, clear and done in the most friendly way. I recommend this dealership as a whole. The financial department, Charles and Audrey were also very helpful. All-in-all a great experience!

We had a great experienced with them specially Cedric. He explained everything and made us understand all the pros and cons of the car we took. He was very pleasant. We highly recommend them and would recommend them to our friends.

The older gentleman that works at the sevice center is an absolute dream to deal with, very nice and professional!!! However, the lady that answers the phone to book appointments could brush up on her customer service. She is slightly rude, unhelpful and is quick to give you the worst case scenario. I've called at least 3 times over the past year for regular check up appointments and she has been condescending each time we talk!! I will move to another dealership because of this.
