This is the best experience I have ever had leasing a car. 1) This is the only Ford dealership that was able to honor the advertised price for my Ford Escape plug in hybrid. Thank you, salesman Emmanuel Souyeux. 2) Finance department and director was able to get me out of a lease on a vehicle I was unhappy with. In addition, they saved me 3000$ more than my car broker negotiated, to get me out of the lease, (don't trust a car broker).
