I had a great experience at Desmeules Chrysler (3500 Autoroute 440 West, Laval) when I went for my motorcycle inspection (Kawasaki). The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to Kalida El-Masri for her professionalism and exceptional care—she took the time to clearly explain the entire process, which I really appreciated. I would also like to thank the inspector, who was very professional and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Terrible Terrible costumer service I had a oil change appointment booked online In mid May, they called me changed to June( 20 days after the original booked date) . Telling me I can't book online ( THEN WHY YOU HAVE THIS OPTION ON THE WEBSITE). Then AGAIN 10 days before my appointment they called me to changed the date to end of June . She wanted to convince me I booked my appointment online. When I toldher, they called me and selected this date. They were all attitude. Terrible organization, a person who is responsible for planing or reservations doesn't know the basic knowledge about how to block the calendar, reserve a service. Not going to this messy place.

Great service staff and very friendly. My wife and I usually really enjoyed our experience with the staff! Very detailed oriented and made sure to remember what we wanted out of our purchase. Highly recommended to anyone looking to purchase a great vehicle at a great price and not to mention the service that will be added on from the staff!

Worst service I have ever gotten. Unfriendly staff that do not know what customer service is. Do not follow through with their guarantees 👎 I do not recommend to anyone !!

I have to give 1 star because there's no minus one star option! My truck has been in the shop since February 6, 2023 (RAM2500 2022), and it's now May 4, 2023. I bought the vehicle in September 2022, and the service has been terrible ever since. The service manager is beyond the pale; he doesn't even speak to customers on the phone! They can't even provide me with a 2500 in the meantime. They're lending me 1500s that can't handle the loads I need for my work, so don't buy a used 1500 from them, because I've already had two break down. Don't waste your time at this dealership...
