I would just like to take a moment to share our purchasing experience encountered by my wife Laurie and my self Clive, with Ken Chan! Buying a new vehicle ( a big ticket item), can be a cause for both pressure and stress. This was anything but with Ken! He is a truly exemplary Salesman, his personable, warm and friendly manner has a way of putting people at ease, both comfortable and relaxed. We literally had at least a 20 minute conversation with him before we actually looked at the car that we came to view! The viewing and test drive was a great experience, with Ken being very patient and understanding as he helped us with the orientation of an unfamiliar vehicle. The sales transaction was simplified and comfortable as we discussed negotiations with Ken and Richard ( the sales manager), Next we would be introduced to Ganeesha ( the Financial Manager), and later Margaret upon returning to complete our transaction! All of these members were highly professional, personable warm and friendly! The whole experience was first class from walking in as an unknown to leaving with our new car feeling like we had made new friends! I recently bought a lightly used Tacoma Nightshade and the whole purchase experience from beginning to end was simply stellar. The salesperson, Ken, has been superattentive, responsive to my many texts and requests. From my experience, he literally runs all day and puts a lot of energy into looking after his customers.
