We had such a great experience buying our Honda Pilot TrailSport, and we’re really thankful to Mo and Tiffany for making it extra special. Mo, our guest advisor, was very patient with us from the start. She waited for us while we were confirming our visit to the showroom and never made us feel rushed. When we arrived, she was very kind and even shared her colorful markers with our kids so they wouldn’t get bored, which we truly appreciated. Thank you, Mo, for the Pilot bear you gave our kids. They loved it so much. Tiffany from finance was also wonderful. She helped us understand everything and made it easier for us to decide. She was also very sweet to our kids and gave them some candies, which made them really happy. Thank you as well to Christine from finance, who was so kind in assisting us with the signing of the papers. She made the process smooth and comfortable for us. Overall, it was such a smooth and pleasant experience. We’re really happy and grateful for the great service.

I had a terrible experience with Honda Destination Kingsway. About 3 months ago, I had a flat tire and temporarily fixed it using a tire repair kit. I then brought the car to Honda Kingsway, and they told me they replaced the tire. Three months later, when I was preparing to move the car, I found that the tire had completely come out of the rim, and the repair kit liquid was still inside and leaking out. It became very clear to me that the tire had never actually been replaced. I had the car towed back to Honda Kingsway and explained that I had not had any flat tire issues since the supposed replacement. The service advisor immediately denied responsibility and insisted it was not their fault. I then spoke with the general manager. After discussing the issue with the service department, they finally admitted that they had replaced the wrong tire 3 months ago. It is honestly shocking that I drove with my family for 3 months on a damaged tire because of such a serious mistake. There was clearly no proper quality control or final inspection. Even after this major issue was discovered, the service advisor still refused to accept responsibility at first.In the end, the general manager admitted it was their mistake and replaced the tire for free. Thankfully nothing happened to my family, because this could have ended very badly. I do not recommend this dealership at all.

I traded my 2019 4Runner for a brand-new CR-V, and they gave me the best offer compared to other brands and dealerships I visited. Great service from everyone who works at this dealership! Major shoutout to Jeffery Lau, Connie, Wendy, and Jack for helping me with the whole process for my first purchase from a dealership. I gave jeff a last second call 30 minutes before closing and was able to get a test drive and secure a deal for a 2022 Golf R!
