Working with Ed Czizik on building and ordering the exact Chevy Silverado that I wanted was an absolute pleasure. What a great guy and representative of your dealership. He was kind and very helpful, guiding me through the process. I put a deposit down and we ordered my truck back in early February. Although it took over three months for the truck to come in, Ed kept in constant contact and updated me on any progress. By the time the truck did arrive, we had talked so many times, I felt like Ed and I had become "friends". I was already a fan of Chevy products but I'm now a fan of Devan Chevrolet and will definitely be back when I choose to purchase another vehicle. Great job to the entire team. Also, Jim was very helpful, as well. He and Ed worked really well together to guide me through the "build" process. Both are just great guys!! Well done, Devon Chevrolet!!

This is a wonderful customer service story about the service team at this dealership! It was a hot day and my electric car (not a Chevy) was too low on battery and I would not be able to make it home with enough charge. Google Maps had directed me to this dealership as they had an electric charger on site. I had my 6 year old son in the car with me and we were out of options. When I explained the situation the team was more than happy to assist. Actually, we had to try 3 different chargers because the ports did not fit a Tesla. Even after they closed up the shop, they still let me charge next to the building and use their electricity. I want to commend the team for going above and beyond for me when it really had no benefit to them at the moment. In the long run, I do have a Chevy also and will definitely be bringing my business to them in the future because of this interaction.

I walked in the service department not knowing what to expect, I received a warm, courteous greeting by Eric and Colleen, explained my concerns with my vehicle and made an appointment for 2 days later, upon arrival Eric greeted me, I explained that my warranty was about to expire and he contacted the company to see if my service would be covered under the warranty and to my surprise he informed me that I have an extended warranty on my vehicle and my service would be covered. The part was ordered, my car repaired and I will be returning in the future for any service required on my 2022 Chevy Malibu. Thank you for the excellent and professional service. LW

I have write a thank you to Herbie Klussman. I just leased a car, different brand, and I was returning the Buick that my current lease was over. I spoke to Herbie about taking the return and he could not have been nicer. He made everything very easy efficent. After Buick received the car they claimed some excess wear and damage, which was totally made up. When i called they were very uncooperative. I went back to Herbie and again, he could not have been nicer and went out of his way to help. I had already lease a car, but just the way that he treated me was very rare fir today. Someone who was not benefitting him in the slightest, but went out of his way to help me, is someone I would recommend. It us a rare find these to find someone like him. I can only imagime how much he would go out of his way for someone who was buying a car from him. Thank you Herbie

Making the service appointment online was user-friendly. Everyone was kind and sympathetic to my needs and explained things, from service to paying the bill, in easy-to-understand terms. The wait time and cost were acceptable given the amount of work completed. I even had a warm, much-appreciated cup of coffee in the waiting area. Thank you all.
