I have purchased from several dealers in the past but the experience, communication and help from Deyarman is far superior. I have recently purchased two vehicles from Deyarman and could not ask for better sales, finance and service. I am a huge VW fan and decided on what my new VW was going to be. I searched everywhere and could not find what I wanted. I finally just decided to wait it out until it came along. I gave one last search and found DeYarman in Indianola with my exact car! I immediately sent an email and was contacted within 10 minutes on a Saturday morning. Cam was my sales contact and he deserves a medal for quick responses, patience and just an all around great guy to work with. He was open about not knowing a lot about VW however did his research and showed up! From requests on little details to videos in the freezing cold he never faltered. And I am sure I was more than what he was used too! When my husband and I got to the dealership he was waiting for us with my VW. He was funny and professional, easily likable and not slimy like some salesmen can be. The dealership was clean, quiet and everyone was friendly to us. The manager was professional and even came to negotiate after my husband and I wouldn't budge on our price. A fair price, kind environment and funny yet professional employees-you won't be disappointed. They even removed the tint on our car the same night and recommended great places to eat while we waited! 5 star experience!!
