The dealership receives mixed reviews, with some customers praising exceptional sales service and personal attention, while others report significant issues with service quality, vehicle defects, misinformation from staff, and poor follow-up on repairs. Common complaints include software problems, manufacturing defects, uninformed personnel, and lack of proper vehicle instruction, though positive experiences highlight knowledgeable sales representatives and attentive customer service.
Privately owned and operated dealership, what does that tell you? Costs driven up by mislead info from service advisors and mechanics, so that you pay for things that aren't necessarily needed. I know this first hand. Techs aren't real mechanics, they just follow the manual and try to figure it out...what a joke.
Dealership doesn’t have much knowledgeable personnel, or maybe I dealt with a pleasant but uninformed person. I was told that my E tron’s drive motor factory warranty had expired which gave me shock waves, however upon checking this up with a different dealership which ran my vin, I got to know that it was still good for another 100k kms.
Amazing experience at Downtown Porsche - even with my 2 young kids in tow, the service was consistently exceptional. Sales rep Eric Sun went above and beyond to ensure we got the best car for our wants and needs. And Jack the Porsche Pro personally ensured I had no questions about the various features in the car. Highly recommend checking them out if you are interested in a Porsche. Would happily purchase from here again
The experience at this dealership has been simply abysmal. Taycan drives well but poor quality. Fewer rattles in my 2015 F150. Got a new Taycan 4s. Will be going to the dealership for the 4th or 5th time in 5 weeks (second time this week). Picking up the car was an excersise in sitting in the car for 2 hours to try and get the login and radio setup. The salesperson just gave up and said it might fix itself. No proper instructions on the car, nothing. Then the rattles. Second time going over to try and fix today. Software is buggy, multiple error messages, often unable to connect. Yesterday we couldn't even turn on the radio. First time trying to charge at electrify america, spent 30 min on the phone with them to try and make it work. This week, went to get rattles fixed and the winter wheels and tires mounted. They call us and tell us that the wheels and tires are not paid for. We send over the bill of sale that shows it. I guess service is too lazy to ask the salesperson. Then they mount the wrong wheels and wrong tires. Good thing we have a picture of the ones we bought, off we go to the dealer again this week. Leather on the steering wheel is also scratched after today's visit. The answer: We wrap the steering wheel. Nice. The taycan may drive circles around Fords and Mazdas, but this dealership has a lot to learn about service, and Porsche has some homework to do on quality.
There's no Audi dealership next to the Porsche Dealership at all the picture is sadly a lie. The Audi Dealership ship is actually further down the road.
