I had a great experience with Diamond Auto Group. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions and didn’t pressure me into making a decision, which I really appreciated. The whole process was smooth and straightforward. They were almost 3 weeks late to delivering my updated license plate and registration, leaving me unable to work and take care of myself. Their own facebook page has a negative review describing the same thing happening to them plus some other stuff I would encourage others read too. Multiple ignored calls, texts and outright lies about why my paperwork was not available. They let the pre-financed check from my bank bounce 3 times, creating an excuse to not send me my paperwork and then tried telling me that it's delayed because I bought the car with a license from out of state, waiting on me to call / text them for every update. The manager pretended to not receive any of my texts or calls half the time, and even hung up on me saying they need to connect to wifi and they'll call me back; they never did. This dealership should not be licensed to sell given the level of competence and lack of integrity they have demonstrated. Had I not had the help of my grandparents, giving me a place to stay currently as I just moved back, I would've been out on the streets over this and the manager seemed to not understand and / or care ever since I left their lot. I've already reported this dealership to the Secretary of State and the BBB, still no response from the dealership on my filed complaints. I've already made it clear to this dealership I am seeking legal action as well and they continue to dismiss the "inconvenience" they have caused me. These filed complaints are on-going, so I won't be giving names or screenshots just yet. I just want to get the word out so others don't put up with what I did. Depending on how soon this dealership resolves the problem will determine whether I publicize my texts with the manager and the salesperson I worked with, if that is what I'll have to do to make it clear how urgently others should stay away from this place

I had a terrible experience with this dealership. I purchased a car February 2026 and did a plate transfer. To this day I have not received my registration nor my new license plate. My temp plate is about to expire. I keep call and sending messages to Drew who sold me a car but no response no feedback no help. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE
