I had a fantastic experience buying my "new to me" used car at Diamond Auto. Brad and Josh made buying a car easy and fun. This is my second purchase from Diamond Auto. I bought my Toyota RAV4 used from Alan 10 years ago (Alan is still around, but his son Brad has taken over most of this family business). So I knew what to expect. Great customer service, and no pressure. They want you to love your car, and I do!! After much back and forth, and driving many cars, and changing my mind a lot, I finally settled on the perfect 2022 Mazda CX-5. I am looking for reasons to drive now! They got me a great interest rate on my loan with low payments. No hidden charges on the sale. Everything is very transparent. They took care of all the paperwork and switched over my plates and insurance. All I had to do was drive away (after Greg showed me how every special feature worked on my new red car)! But their service doesn't end when you drive away in your new car. I'll be back with my questions and any problems I have, and assistance with finding mechanics or any other service I might need for my Mazda. I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else.

I've purchased my last few cars through diamond and words can't describe how awesome of an experience I've had. Brad, Alan, Josh, Greg and Mike are all phenomenal people and actually care about what they do. I won't go any where else. The service they provide is unlike any other!
