I visited Lancaster Mazda after the cover protecting my oil pan came loose while I was traveling from San Diego. Since I still had a long drive home ahead of me, I wanted to get it repaired as quickly as possible. I was helped by Carlos, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. He made the entire process seamless and ensured my issue was resolved quickly so I could get back on the road with confidence. I highly recommend this location, and if you visit, be sure to ask for Carlos! Experiences like this are just one more reason I’m glad I chose Mazda. The costumer service was really good. I always have a bunch of questions and both of them were so patient with me and actually listened to understand my questions and answer them exactly, which I don’t always get since moving near the area. I appreciated the advice to help me get my maintenance more affordable and also understanding what was going to be done to my car and why. I do want to mention that they also every now and the give my car a quick wash out the door sometimes so I loved that but my car was already cleaned so it didn’t this time but that was also a bonus of why I love it there.

Carlos was such a friendly service advisor. He listened to my concerns and knew how to help me. I decided to wait in lobby while they completed the service and he helped pass the time by having a friendly conversation with me. Everlyn was also a lovely person to spend time with. They both make you feel heard about your car and offer ways to help. I’ve honestly never been to a place where the service here was great all around. I’m glad they were there to take care of me
