I came into Diamond motors to sit in a Model X and feel out the 3rd row but wasn't on a buying mission as of yet. I loathe going to a dealerships but Asher was fantastic, he showed me 2 Model X's with different seat configurations so I could try the 3rd row on for size. I let him know I want looking to buy and just getting information at the moment. He didn't walk away or hand me off to someone. He doubled down and gave me great information about the Model X and the other models as well. Things I hadn't even thought about in my journey towards buying a Tesla for my wife. Never felt like a car salesman once. More like a consultant of cars. I got the info I came for (and more). Asher even walked me through a private party car I was looking at online and what to have inspected if i went that route. Asher gave me a business card and handshake as I left. Hands down the best dealership experience I've ever had. When I do buy a Tesla he will be my first call!

I purchased a 2016 Tesla Model S P90D from Diamond Motors Northwest. Asher gave me a tour of the car over FaceTime, and I decided to go ahead with the purchase. I flew to Eugene from Los Angeles to pick up the car, and Rob kindly picked me up from the airport and handled everything. Than I drove it back to Los angeles for 15 hours. The car is excellent. The paperwork took a few weeks to complete due to the out-of-state buying process, but overall, my experience with them was perfect. Thank you Asher and Rob for experience. I Bought a 2021 Tesla Model S Blk/Blk in April from these guys. Called Asher from Texas and he Video chatted with me and showed me the car. I wasn't able to make the trip to Oregon so I decided to roll the dice and have it shipped. They got it shipped to Texas for me. Arrived 1 week later. It was just as described.
