Emarie was super helpful and RESPECTFUL for me and my wife. He answered all questions he could honestly, and went to find out answers he didn't. Him and his boss were very generous and understanding of our schedule, and held onto the car we wanted to check out until we could make it out. They worked hard with the banks to get us the best/lowest price tag possible, no evil salesman tactics here. Very honest and straightforward!Vehicle was in great condition!!
I can't say enough about the team at Diane Sauer! I gave them a run for their money and they patiently waited for me. They never once pushed or tried to make things difficult. My car needed an oil change for a summer trip. Kayla was very pleasant and appointment was easily scheduled. After the work was done Gary nicely explained the service work performed. Automotive Service cashier was very gracious also. Very reasonably priced oil change.

Exceptional customer service! Customer centered beyond explanation. Emarie focused on what I stated to him I wanted and needed and worked diligently to make it happen! The General Manager was and has always been very pleasant and personable(my mom has been a customer for years). Vince was cool and provided much needed comic relief! This was a great experience and I got a new car out of it!! 😊
