Dick Hannah Dodge Ram

Bought a 2026 Jeep Rubicon at Dick Hannah Jeep in Vancouver, Washington. Our sales guy who assisted us with the purchase of the Rubicon was John Mann. I would like to say that John was totally Awesome, professional, courteous, and friendly to work with. No hassle or pressure when we were looking around the lot. We told John that we saw the vehicle we wanted to buy and he made it happen. The other individual that we would like to thank for making the buying process painless is our finance guy Coleman Compton. Coleman was very thorough and informative with the paperwork signing. Quickest deal I’ve ever made. No gimmicks, fully transparent, made us feel comfortable buying from him, great price for the vehicle, and we were in & out really fast! Great experience overall. Bret was our sales guy and he went above and beyond for us in every step of the process. Many test drives later and we found the perfect for us suv. Bret was honest about each vehicles pros and cons and lead each step with some much appreciated clarity. I usually stay away from corporations and dealers but this experience has completely changed the way I feel about them. Highly recommend for both the sales associate (maybe we just got lucky hah) and the seamless process over all.
