Let’s just say a deal was made and I ended up winning! My first Honda purchase and it went very smooth. From our salesman John, Phil the very nice negotiator and Waldo in finance. A pleasurable experience. Added a spoiler to my new ride and it has changed the look so drastically. I love it!!

Happy to say that Antonio B. was very knowledgeable and helped us select the perfect car for our needs. He is not a high pressure salesman. I wasn’t expecting to buy a car today, but ended up trading in our Accord for the 2026 Hybrid CR-V — our second purchase from Dick Hannah Honda. Great experience and wonderful no-pressure service.

I was treated extremely well with absolutely no pressure at any time. Alex made me feel comfortable all the way through the buying process. It definitely can be overwhelming at times and very long. I went through the Costco Auto plan, and the guys that helped me, especially Dane Ashcraft were awesome. I checked out a Subaru Ascent, and then I went over to Honda and drove a Passport Trailsport, which I drove three times and then I also drove two different Honda pilots. And I finally settled on the Honda Pilot Trailsport! Kudos to Dane for his patience with me.

Steer clear of this dealership if you aren't set for a Honda. Came in last month to test drive a 2026 civic sport hybrid touring and the salesman did a good job listening to my needs, but was still pushy on making me buy that instant instead of respecting my time to make the right decision for me. His manager was even worse, trash talking the other car I was looking at. Looks very bad on him and he should honestly reconsider the way he speaks to customers. Quite possibly the most unprofessional manager I've ever seen in retail. He left a bunch of add-ons to the car unexplained, and no sign of negotiating the price whatsoever. Needless to say, I bought from their competitor. The only reason I didn't rate this dealership a 1 star is because the salesman had a heart. Too bad his manager is a toxic influence to him. The salesman would be better off working elsewhere.
