Jesse Schnell was so amazing! Always there to answer questions and so helpful with finding me the car I wanted with every single bell and whistle. Could not recommend him and Dick Hannah Subaru! I worked with Ryan Singh, and bought my third Subaru- which is a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek sport, which is a certified preowned car (with all the features I desire) He explained everything so thoroughly, and his kind personality made the whole buying process a delight ! Andrew the Subaru ‘guru’ is also very nice to work with, he helped me with some of the features, so that I could safely get on the road. When you buy a Subaru, you are buying into a supportive community who will always be there for you.

Quick backstory, my dad gifted my husband and I a white Tacoma to have something safe to drive about a year ago. Unfortunately, another driver ran a red late causing us to collide in the intersection. Truck was totaled. We headed to DH Subaru to purchase a vehicle with a few Subarus already in mind. We went there ready to take on any of the salesmen that tend to swarm like vultures the second you step onto the lot. However, we were pleasantly surprised to be helped by Jay. He was incredibly patient while we test drove a few different SUV's and he wasn’t pushy in the slightest. He was mindful of our budget and also had the best sense of humor. His light and playful demeanor made a typically arduous process much more pleasant. He took the time to get to know us not just as buyers but as humans. He was able to meet us where we were at and provided the best customer service I’ve seen in years. He turned something that was a really devastating moment, into something joyful. Best car dealership experience. Alejandro took excellent care of us, following through on everything he said he'd do. We appreciated the low pressure sales environment and there were snacks!
