I got my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in August 2022 and had the best experience from the start. My car is now at 160,000 miles and it’s still driving with no issues. The only repair I’ve had to do was the brakes because I brake hard, but other than that the car has been very reliable. I’m so happy I bought this car and this is the only place I’d buy from again.Also, thank you for being so positive and helpful. This was my first time buying a car, and the salesman kept checking in, updating me, and making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Austin was amazing to work with. Start to finish was great with communication and keeping me updated along the way! Great customer service and was always available to answer any of my questions. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking at getting a car to go through him.

Chris, my salesman at Dick Huvaere's Richmond CDJR was refreshing to work with. This was the best dealership experience that I have had in my life. The courtesy shown was top notch. Chris let his human side bleed through, which I appreciate. It made the experience more personal and less transactional. It was a hike for me to get out to the dealership, over 40 miles from Detroit, but worth every gallon of gas that was used. I'm very satisfied with my new 2026 Jeep Cherokee Overland!

Best dealership around for Chrysler vehicles. My wife and I have purchased 4 vehicles from here since 2022. Our current lease was up and the first dealer we went to didnt seem to really care or pay attention to what we were trying to accomplish, we saw Chris afterwards and we ended up releasing a new Grand Cherokee, and also purchasing a Ram. We came back for our lease turn in and Chris helped us again this time with building out a Grand Cherokee. A year later we can back for my truck and saw Josh who was equally as excellent as Chris had been through 3 cars. At pick up for our Truck, Chris came over and made conversation and we just felt at home with this dealership. They are top notch, the facility itself is immaculate, and our expereinces with the staff including Chris and Josh is just a step above. They get you what you want and are there to make sure everything goes as planned. Quick and easy every time. If you are looking for a new chrysler, this would be the first and last stop i would recommend.
