Dick Poe Chrysler Jeep

I'm a repeat customer at Dick Poe Chrysler Jeep, having bought a Chrysler from them in the past and a Ford Mustang. My most recent purchase was a Chrysler 300 a few years back, and I'm still super happy with the car and the service. For that purchase, my salesperson, Alfredo Torres, was awesome. He was super helpful, patient, and really knew his stuff. I never felt pressured or rushed at all, which I appreciated. He listened to what I wanted and made the whole process, which is usually a pain, totally smooth. I also got the extended warranty and the tire insurance. When I had a blowout, the process to get a new tire was smooth and fast, which was a huge relief. On top of the great service, the 300 has been a fantastic car—it's been reliable and fun to drive. Even a few years later, I still remember what a good experience it was with Alfredo and the crew at Dick Poe. As a loyal customer, I'll definitely be back when I need a new car. Definitely recommend asking for Alfredo!

Dick Poe sales manager did not live up to a Costco agreement and he knew I had a Costco agreement deal and they were a Costco auto dealer. Called Costco the next day and Costco sent me to another dealer and I bought a new Jeep the next day. If the sales manager was good at sweeping floors he needs to go back at it. Costco auto buying is the best way to buy a new automobile.
