Wonderful experience! Eric is amazing, friendly, genuine. The whole transaction was great. The car was beautiful, exactly as advertised. There were no sales tricks, no haggling over price, no surprise charges, no pressure to buy obscure warraranties. It was all honest and above board. Derek was wonderful as well, he took care of all our paperwork. The whole thing took less than 2 hours, including a test drive, paperwork, everything. We loved the car, the people, we left relaxed, happy and excited to drive away with our car! Reached back out after the purchase with some questions and they were just as nice. I took my Chevy Cruze into Wickstrom Chevrolet in Roselle for service and the inspection. I was also having them look into a problem with the heater. I was given a loaner so that I could go to work and take of errands that I needed to take care of. They notified me of all the concerns and things that needed to be taken care of. I approved for the work to be done. they kept me up to date on the repairs and when my car would be ready. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and very professional.
