This dealer went above and beyond for me! Seriously. Jess and Tony essentially hooked up my whole family with new rides. My dad and stepmom recently had both their cars totaled by a distracted driver and Jess was able to get them into almost BRAND NEW vehicles for a deal they couldn’t refuse! As for myself, I was in the market for a month and a half, and I couldn’t find anything reasonable. That was until I found my 2023 Wrangler Sahara, loaded with features. The only caveat was that it was at one of their dealers in Pittsburgh, and I was closer to Grove City. I was in dire need of a new vehicle and Jess wasn’t sure if she was able to have it transported on Memorial Day for me to purchase… BUT SHE CAME THROUGH and got it there! I was in and out within an hour, leaving with a great rate, great warranty, great coverage, and a great vehicle! All given through AMAZING service by Jess and Tony. Even FILLED my tank for me, which in this economy, is a real treat! All in all, my family and I had an awesome experience with the Diehl folks in Grove City. 100% recommend you to purchase your next ride from here because they WILL come through for you and get you driving in something you love.

I walked in yesterday without high hopes of getting a vehicle since some dealers back in my area never gave me a chance. We talked to Tyler found an awesome vehicle and I got to take it home! Toni was absolutely amazing as well at getting me the extras and taking the time to explain things. This has to be one of the best places around. I kept getting flyers from Diehl for the recalls on my Jeep Patriot. I called them and got an appointment in December. They looked at my car and told me it would be more work than they were prepared for, and rescheduled me to come back December 26 and leave it there for the day. I got a call a few days before that they were short-staffed and needed to reschedule. I explained that was fine, but I would need a car so that I could still get to work. They assured me they would give me a call by the end of the following week, but never followed through. I called 2 weeks later, and I was assured they didn't forget about me. Meanwhile, they kept sending me flyers to call them to fix my recalls. Long story short, it's now the end of February and my Patriot was fixed at Mike Kelly Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Hermitage. I was in Hermitage for about 2 hours total, not an all-day repair. It's a shame because the girl in the service department at Diehl was very friendly, and I had told my husband I would like to go back there when I was ready to get a new vehicle. Needless to say, I have no reason to go back here, ever.
