I recently purchased a 2026 SE R-line Tiguan from this dealership, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. They were receptive to what I wanted (White with black roof!) and the whole team- Nick, Corey, and Dave worked with me, answering all of my questions honestly while providing clear info about pricing and financing. They went out of their way to ensure I was getting the best deal for me! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a VW and great communication and service. **Also, my son, Gavin, often communicates with this dealership when he has questions regarding his VW's and they are ALWAYS so respectful and give him the time and answers he needs!

Luke & Dave went above and beyond for the purchase of my new tiguan! This was the best and smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. I was unexpectedly in the market for a new car at this time, and they were extremely flexible, patient, knowledgeable and all around great humans (instead of being the typical salesmen you would expect to find at a dealership)!!! This was my second purchase from Diehl Butler. All I can say about this dealership is whatever you feel you know about dealerships forget it! Both times making a purchase went so far beyond any expectation I had! Evan from the CDJR store was my salesman both times and is nothing short of great.
