We recently purchased a 2026 GTI from Diehl VW of Wooster, Ohio, and are happy to say the experience ended on a very positive note. There was an initial misunderstanding early in the process, but Diehl leadership stepped in and resolved it promptly and professionally — which genuinely impressed us. From there, everything came together beautifully: paperwork was handled over the phone, the car was delivered directly to us, and the entire team was respectful and courteous throughout. The price was fair, and the overall convenience of the process made for a stress-free experience.

Best car buying experience we've ever had! We traded our 2020 VW Atlas Cross Sport for a 2026 model. When we got it home we realized that it was front wheel drive, not AWL which we wanted. This was no fault of the salesman or dealership. We simply hadn't mentioned it or checked it ourselves. So, we called the next day and were able to seamlessly bring it back and trade it in on another beautiful Cross Sport, this time with AWD. The whole process was painless, comfortable, friendly and efficient...even the return which was totally our fault. Hunter was an absolutely fabulous salesman. He was knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy at all. We've bought our last 2 vehicles here and have service done here as well, even though we live almost an hour away. We highly recommend!

I bought in my 2023 VW Atlas for service and it was a disaster. At the appointment to check out a radiator leak, Firelands claimed that a rock had hit the top(!) of the radiator and blown a hole in it. Highly unlikely, but whatever. What was shocking was that Firelands told me they could keep the car in the shop and fix it within a week; they already have the part. I didn't hear from them for a week and eventually called only to find out that the part wasn't available after all and wouldn't get to them for another two weeks. On top of it, Firelands wanted $2300 to fix the radiator when the insurance estimated that the repair shouldn't cost more than $1300, even using OEM parts. To sum it up: slow, unfriendly, highly overpriced service; and a lingering suspicion of dishonesty.

This was hands-down one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. We had the pleasure of working with Chris Liming for our New 2024 Jetta, he made this process so easy he went above and beyond and even delivered the vehicle to my home residence for me later that evening. But overall, after shopping around at other dealerships, I will always come back to Chris for his service and attention to detail. Thank you for our vehicle. My kids love it. They call it our new race car.
