I cannot say enough good about Diepholz, specifically salesman Fred Dickerson and finance manager Mike (last name is blanking me). They were amazing to deal with and treated us, especially my wife, so well. I can’t recommend them enough!!

Paul did an exceptional job. Did what he said he was going to and when he was going to do it. Very transparent through all aspects of the process. I rated a 4 not 5 because I’m not a fan of how they handle out of state sales tax vs other Illinois dealerships and the detailing of the truck could have been better. That being said I would recommend you ask for Paul if you’re buying a vehicle there. You’ll be glad you did
