Manny and Vanessa took the time to show us the car I was looking for. Manny was so knowledgeable in all the car features and willing to work with us to get to reasonable price point! We scored this great car and appreciate them both !

After visiting multiple dealerships with the same name on the building, the one consistent thing I’ve experienced is greed and a complete disregard for customers’ time. Unfortunately, Dillon Mitsubishi was no different. I decided to give this location a fair shot anyway. I found a vehicle listed online for $6,000, called to confirm the price, and drove down ready to buy—with cash in hand. The test drive went great, and the salesperson I worked with was actually solid. But once I sat down at the finance table, everything changed. Suddenly, the price jumped to nearly $13,999. I was told it was a “clerical error,” even though that same $6,000 price was posted across multiple platforms including their website and Facebook. That’s not a small mistake—that’s more than double the advertised price. To make things worse, the floor manager wouldn’t even get up to look at the vehicle that was obviously not worth 13999 .He admitted he hadn’t even reviewed the vehicle and didn’t need to. That alone says everything about how seriously they take their customers. What’s ironic is their website talks about integrity and providing the best car-buying experience. Meanwhile, there were people in the dealership filming TikToks and marketing content about how great they are—while I was actively dealing with misleading pricing. At the end of the day, this was just another wasted trip. If there’s one thing Dillon Mitsubishi is consistent at, it’s not transparency—it’s wasting people’s time. I fully expect a polished response to this review, but I’d rather see that effort put into treating customers honestly in the first place

We had a wonderful experience with Moi at the dealership! He was friendly, attentive, professional, and very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all our questions and made everything easy and stress-free. Being bilingual was also a huge plus and made communication so much more comfortable for our family. We truly appreciated his patience and excellent customer service. Highly recommend asking for Moi if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience!

Brittany was really helpful while we were looking for a new truck. She sent over a few options that fit what we were looking for and was easy to communicate with the whole time. We didn’t end up purchasing through her, but we appreciated her time and the no-pressure approach. She was great to work with and I’d definitely recommend reaching out to her if you’re in the market.

After having issues with my Subaru Impreza I had been informed by my mechanic that I would need to have repairs done that would cost more than the car was worth. At this point I decided it was time to buy something new that I could rely on. I went to a few dealerships to look for some options and had originally went to Volkswagen/Audi to see a Subaru Forester that looked pretty nice but when it got to talking about the numbers, the saleswoman was pushy and had little to no information to provide on the actual vehicle itself and pushed their own financing options hard to hustle me for my money. I left and found myself at Dennis Dillon Mitsubishi where I was helped by Vanessa Degros right away. She was very kind and polite and answered all my questions and provided AMAZING hospitality and made me feel like a person instead of a walking dollar sign. She took the time to let me test drive more than a few vehicles which were all really great! I ended up settling on a 2025 Mistubishi Outlander Sport that's everything I was looking for. If you're looking for a new car or SUV with 4WD options and great fuel economy with the climbing gas prices I'd recommend checking out this lot.
