# Summary The dealership receives mixed reviews, with some customers praising helpful salespeople and smooth transactions, while others report significant issues including misrepresented vehicle condition, poor communication, undisclosed mechanical problems, and unresolved complaints. Negative experiences center on misleading descriptions, failed promised repairs, and management dismissal of customer concerns, while positive reviews highlight knowledgeable staff and satisfactory purchases.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I was explicitly told by the salesperson (MJ) that the car was “100% cosmetically perfect inside and out.” I was also reassured there was a 3-day refusal policy if the vehicle did not match the description. Unfortunately, neither of these claims turned out to be true. When the car arrived after a long delay, it was in far worse condition than advertised. Additional transit time and a repair they performed (for curb rash on a rim, which is still visibly damaged) significantly reduced my time window to address these issues before I was required to plate the vehicle. I received no meaningful accommodation for that lost time. The listing photos and FaceTime walkthrough did not accurately reflect the vehicle’s condition. Damage appeared to be concealed through touch-up paint and carefully angled photos. Here are some of the major issues I observed immediately upon delivery: Severe sun damage to the paint (at least five panels require repainting) Sun-damaged third brake light needing repair or replacement Bubbling and sun damage on the radio display Multiple rock chips, dents, and scratches across the exterior Three rims damaged and poorly covered with touch-up paint Interior trim (shifter/cup holder area) chipping due to sun damage Faded passenger headlight and fog lights Bubbling paint on the hood Poor prior panel repairs that may not hold over time Rear driver-side panel not properly secured Water sediment buildup around emblems and vents Rear window showing sun damage with visible deterioration While I understand that used vehicles are not perfect by any mean but this car was clearly misrepresented as cosmetically flawless. When I raised these concerns with the sales manager (Justin Bryson), my concerns were dismissed and I was told, “you signed, so it is what it is.” The dealership did not honor their stated policies or make a serious effort to resolve the situation. I was offered $1,000, which does not come close to covering the cost of repairs. I was also told by MJ that this amount was coming “out of his own pocket,” which was later contradicted by the GM. The GM initially acknowledged the severity of the condition but said there was nothing he can do at this point unless I wanna lawyer up since I signed off. Additional issues upon delivery: The car arrived extremely dirty It was low on antifreeze It had less than a quarter tank of gas It was driven to me instead of trailered, adding unnecessary mileage Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I expected honesty and transparency, but instead I feel misled and left with a vehicle that was not as advertised on top of getting overpriced since I was mislead to it being "cosmetically flawless." Buyer beware—do not rely on their descriptions or stated policies.
Purchased a newer (2022) 15 passenger van for my child care center. The salesman Reno was knowledgeable, not pushy, and informative. We drove 2 vans and then left to grab dinner and talk it over. The next day he answered questions we had and we decided to go ahead and make a purchase. They have a great warranty and even reassured me if/when it needs service that they would give me a loaner van, which is extremely important as I own a child care center and have to transport up to 13 children. When I came to sign paperwork it was clean and ready to go with a full tank. The kids love the van, too! Thanks Reno!
Where do I start,Purchased van they agreed to “repaint” hood and replace tailights,Almost had me sign the completely wrong paperwork for another company, Messaged me the next day, asking if I was still interested in a vehicle as I just wrote them a check clearly massive lack of communication in this business, No communication on when I was getting my vehicle delivered to me I had to reach out to them, Delivers my vehicle from Lincoln And already had an error on my dash for the “” new tail lights that they put in reached out to them and was told there is no warranty on a new tail light they just put in the day before I would highly advise staying away from this place. I understand at the used car dealership was this place does not have their stuff together
recently my husband bought me a new buick enclave, when we questioned during the buying process why the battery has been replaced twice in a year we were quickly told oh it sat over winter, okay sounded believable until 4 1/2 days later when i’m driving home from work and battery dies because it actually needed a brand new alternator. So we had to shell out another $1400 to get it fixed, we feel very lied to just to make a quick sale and would not buy again from them because of this. We did call and let a rep know and they said i’ll see what i can do and we never heard anything again.
Thanks Reno and Benjamin for getting me a great deal on my 2018 Genesis G80! After hitting a deer, and my car being totaled, the people a dillonsauto worked hard to get me into a new vehicle. Lucky they had something that fit my style! I highly recommend stopping in and talking to Reno or Benjamin if you are in the market for a car!
