I walked on the lot and did not feel like most lots where all the sudden you are surrounded. Egidio walked up a few minutes later and after telling him I was just looking we held a conversation of what I was looking to do. I also shared that I was going to trade in my late fathers' car. This staff is AMAZING! Ever person I came in contact with made me feel like they cared. Egidio, Todd & Eric made a sale by being genuine and compassionate to a somber situation.
