Worst experience ever. So we got the prepaid maintenance when we purchased our vehicle at another GMC dealership, which is valid at every GMC dealership. They pushed really hard for us to get this feature. When we initially called to make an oil change appointment, The receptionist said that prepaid maintenance was not a thing. When we called again and spoke to somebody else they knew what we were talking about and we got our appointment. That was the sloppiest oil change we've ever gotten. The car smelt like motor oil and after driving for a few days we realized that they forgot to put back the cap. Oil spilled everywhere, the car was smoking up. They also didn't change the sticker that tells you when your next oil change is due.
